The greatest benefit is the support we have received from Tom and his group. The next huge one for us is the ease of use and working with Tom to create a mileage and expense piece, eliminating our manual process. . They work hard at configuring their software to meet our business needs. I would definitely recommend using eTMS as it has received ALL positive feedback from our Technicians and Sales trainer. The cost is comparable to Remote Tech, however the value of having the development and support is PRICELESS!
