eTMS has a feature, which helps your Imaging Technicians identify Customers, to whom you provide BOTH 'Imaging' and 'Managed Technical Services’, AND quickly inform them with this critical information. If you have this need, please do the following steps, and the Customer’s Name will display in the eTMS Call Summary within a bright green background, informing the Imaging Technician you provide BOTH services. 1) Create a customer type of 'Managed Technical Services Customer' in e-Automate. 2) Set the eTMS Configuration File 'Flag Customer Type' feature to match the e-Automate type of 'Managed Technical Services Customer'. 3) Go to all e-Automate Customer Files for customers that have Managed Services, select the 'Account' tab and change the 'Customer Type to the same ''Managed Technical Services Customer'.
